How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on your desired item and click "add to cart". Input your quantity and click "checkout". Fill in your contact information, shipping address and lastly payment. Tadah! That's it!

What mode of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards and Paypal.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

Apologies, all confirmed orders cannot be amend or cancelled.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All items are carefully checked and wrapped before mailing out. We will only accept return or exchange if your item received is damaged or your order is incorrect.

I received a defective or incorrect item, what should I do?

Please email us [email protected] with your order number and photographs of your defective/incorrect item. We will do an exchange for you. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do! All international orders are shipped via registered mails and we will provide you with your tracking number.

How long does it takes for me to receive my order?

For domestic orders, it will take 1 - 3 working days to reach you. International orders delivery may vary between 7 - 21 days depending on your local courier.
